Recently Net Promoter has conducted a survey among our clients, with the help of our colleagues, @Scherer Communications.
@Matt Scherer, their chief executive officer, briefed us on our survey result sent to all our members.
Of the members who responded, our score was 75-percent. @Matt Scherer tells us that this score is similar to what firms like Rackspace and USAA get from their customers.
