During this critical time, VenturePoint is highly aware of the health and safety of our clients and staff and we are working diligently to follow CDC and the City of San Antonio guidelines for a safe reopening.
We know that nothing will be the same, but we also know that we have the resources and talent necessary to face the “new normal”.
Our reopening will be accompanied by the following changes:
A Health & Safety Policy
Our Health & Safety policy will take effect on May 1st, 2020. Find it here.
Masks will be required
All people entering any VenturePoint location will be required to wear a mask. We will also have masks available as well as hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, kleenex among other products.
Our staff will have a digital thermometer to verify the temperature of all people entering the locations, we want to guarantee the safety of all our clients, visitors and of course, our staff.
Reinforcing social distancing
The layout of each location will be modified, adapting it to the “new normal”, and respecting the guidelines imposed by the authorities. We will see fewer chairs in each of our locations, the number of people in our meeting rooms will also be decreased to no more than 10 in our large conference room and no more than 4 in our small.
We will be having hospital-grade cleaning done regularly, in addition to the regular weekly cleaning schedule. All surfaces will be disinfected and sanitized every day. The AC filters will be changed more frequently as well.
Acrylics and signs
We will have barriers in our reception area and common areas so that we’re safe while welcoming visitors to your office. The health shields will act as a non-porous cough/sneeze barrier between the staff, you, and the visitor. This can be easily cleaned and disinfected.
There will also be visible signage around the office on how to properly wash your hands, keeping effective hygiene and social distancing.
Our tours will now be virtual for all prospective clients in an aim to reduce foot traffic in each location.
More private spaces
We are trying to open more private offices in each location, changing common areas for private areas and in this way, we will be able to offer more private spaces for our clients.
We will also have at least one private office that can be used on an hourly basis, day or week, motivating our clients to use more private areas than common areas.
Improving our App
Our application will also be updated and improved. We want to make sure our clients can interact more through the application than in person, so from the same application, you can request other services virtually and not in person.
New Work From Home Membership
We have developed new services that can be adapted to the “new normal”, and with understanding that Work From Home (WFH) will be the norm, we understand that not everyone likes this option. This is why we created the Work From Home Membership that basically includes:
- Company Phone Number
- Premium Call Transferring (call forwarding at no extra cost to US, Mexico, and Canada)
- Voicemail Converted to Email
- Conference Bridge for virtual meetings
- A virtual assistant who will answer your phone and support you with simple, repetitive tasks so you can focus on your business.
Taking the Pledge
We have taken the Greater. SAfer. Together. Pledge (in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance) to protect the health and safety of employees and customers and instill community confidence.
With all these changes, we are sure we will be able to open our doors responsibly and guarantee the safety and health of all VenturPoint members.
It is our desire to continue to be a part of the San Antonio business community as we have been doing for more than 11 years, but more importantly, we believe that San Antonio is a great city that deserves that we all adapt and return to the “new normal” as soon as possible
