How many hours of conference room time do I get?

It depends on the type of membership. Additional conference rooms are also available at a discounted price if you ever run out.

Do I have to be a member to use VenturePoint?

No, we offer our services to non-members as well. However, only members get access to special pricing and perks.

What are your standard hours of operation?

Our office is attended by VenturePoint staff, including a full-service coordinator Monday – Friday from 9 am-5:30 pm. Members may request extended access hours (7 am – 11 pm) for an additional monthly fee. Accelerator and Executive members have 24/7 access.

What about phone answering service?

We can help you manage your business calls so you can focus on getting work done. We offer different types of solutions(personalized answering, automated attendants, virtual voicemails, and more), so be sure to contact us to find out what’s the best solution for you.

What should I bring to work at VenturePoint?

Bring exactly what you would bring if you were going to work from a coffee shop. If you bring it in, you should take it out.

Do I get access to all locations?

Yes! Your membership includes access to all VenturePoint locations. Ask our office coordinators for details.

Can I use VenturePoint’s address for my business mail?

All our core memberships included the use of a business address for your company and you will be assigned a unique suite number. VenturePoint will also take a photo of every letter and package we receive and upload it to our virtual mail management platform.
