Create your account

1. Create a password: 

You will receive a welcome email with your username and password. Once you successfully log in, you will be prompted to change your password to one you can remember.

2. Accept Terms & Conditions:

Log into your account with your new password and accept the terms and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book a conference room at any location?

Yes. Your conference room hours can be booked at any of our conference rooms at any location. 

How do I make a booking?

You can visit https://venturepointnetwork.spaces.nexudus.com/bookings/search to book any of our conference rooms. Choose which location you would like to book and click Book Now to view availability and choose a date an time. 

How do I see the bookings I’ve made?

1. Log in to your account

2. On the left side bar, click on Settings.

3. On the drop down menu, choose Plans and Benefits.

4. Scroll down to Recent credit usage history. You will be able to see all bookings that you have made in the past 3 months.

How do I update my payment information?

1. Log in to your account

2. On the left side bar, click on Settings.

3. On the drop down menu, choose Billing.

4. Another menu will pop up on the left. Under Billing, you can choose Card Payments if you are paying with card, or ACH Payments if you want to pay via ACH. To learn more about setting up ACH payment visit: https://venturepointsa.com/ach/

How do I change my plan or cancel my membership?

1. Log in to your account

2. On the left side bar, click on Settings.

3. On the drop down menu, choose Plans and benefits.

4. Under Plan, you will be able to see your current membership and its benefits. 

5. Under your current plan, you will find the options to Change this plan or Cancel subscription

How do I sign up for other plans?

1. Log in to your account

2. On the left side bar, click on Settings.

3. On the drop down menu, choose Plans and benefits.

4. Another menu will pop up on the left. Under Plans and benefits, you can choose All plans.

5. Choose what plan you would like to join.
